Numerical analysis of random vibration fatigue for a typical airborne equipment

In this paper, the fuel pump impeller was selected as a typical airborne equipment for investigation of random vibration fatigue. First, based on platform ANSYS WORKBENCH, reasonable calculation FSI carried out. Then, stress transferred to modal analysis, and prestress-structure extracted. Through response obtained. The Palmgren Miner rule Dirlik fatigue method used calculate life, result consistent with practice. work in paper provided about how obtain life prestress-structure, which critical references aviation technologists.
